We are fast! Orders are dispatched from our studio within 24-48 hours on average.
**Shipping to Australia:** Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days.
To keep your swimwear looking new: Wash inside out, use a gentle cycle (or hand wash) up to 30°C (86°F), do not wring, and dry in the shade inside out.
Absolutely. Our site meets the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS). Payments are processed via world-leading secure gateways, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
We accept major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Need a different size or style? No problem.
**How to exchange:** Contact us to arrange the exchange. You will need to ship the item back to us in its original condition (new, unworn, with tags attached).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new size/style to you.
*Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.*
* **Non-Exchangeable:** Sale items or last chance sale items cannot be exchanged.
You may cancel your transaction in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
**Refunds:** Refunds are processed minus a **5% restocking/cancellation fee**.
**Important:** If the package has already been shipped (even if not yet received), shipping costs are non-refundable.
* **Non-Cancellable:** Sale items or last chance sale items cannot be returned or cancelled.
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided you notify us within 2 days of receiving the package.
**Condition:** The item must be brand new, flawless, unworn, and with the original tags attached.
Upon inspection at our studio, we will refund your account (minus the 5% cancellation fee and original shipping costs).
* **Non-Returnable:** Sale items or last chance sale items, sports bras, and swim caps are non-returnable.
